Full Checklist of 1993 Topps Star Wars Galaxy Series 1 Cards

The 1993 Topps Star Wars Galaxy Series 1 cards were the first to have a bigger shift from movie stills like the 1977s and 1980s to original artwork style cards. The artwork came from top comic artists, illustrators, and concept designers.

In my eyes, this set also had the first special/insert cards that were considered “premium pulls” with the etched foil cards.

The 1995 Topps Star Wars Galaxy Series 3 set was the final set to wrap up the “original” Galaxy trilogy and continued to push to even more creativity as the first two sets. The themes stretched from iconic moments, characters, “what-if” concepts, and artist reinterpretations.
